Top 8 moving on from Groesbeck, Texas, WLAC Quarterfinal
   The competition at the Groesbeck Auction & Livestock Company, LLC on Thursday included a solid mix of rookie contenders and seasoned WLAC veterans.  The top 8 moving on to the WLAC Semi-finals in Turlock, California next June will be Champion Brian Curless, Pittsfield, Illinois; Reserve Champion Bailey Ballou, Elgin, Oklahoma; Runner-up Champion Tanner Ragan, Sulpur Springs, Texas.  
   In alphabetical order the remaining qualifiers were Justin Abell, Sigourney, Iowa; Greg Goudeau, Anderson, Texas; Jake Jacobs, Yoakum, Texas; B.J. Monk, Weatherford, Texas; and Billy Younkin, Cecil, Alabama.
