Full membership in Livestock Marketing Association is one of the best investments a livestock marketing business can make. The association provides its members with a broad spectrum of information and services. Services included with membership are government and industry representation, access to LMA's Board of Trade, legal assistance, insurance plans, business operations systems, a subscription to LMA InfoLink LMA's bi-monthly fax publication, along with industry advancement and leadership opportunities.

   News releases and contacts with the media ensure that LMA's views and activities stay in the public eye and maintain LMA's position as the voice of the competitive marketing sector. Policies are governed by LMA officers and directors elected from the membership by the membership. Its services and activities are managed by the national headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.

   Associate members can be anyone who supports the purposes and objectives of Livestock Marketing Association and can not be registered with the Packer and Stockyards Administration. Each associate member will receive a copy of Livestock Marketing Association's membership directory, a subscription to LMA InfoLink, and a listing in the directory under the heading of Associate Members.
