Annual Meeting Accommodations
The Best Western Ramkota Hotel will be the main hotel for the 2008 Annual Meeting and World Livestock Auctioneer Championship. The hotel will hold LMA’s room block until June 4, 2008, on a first come, first served basis, after which date all rooms will be subject to higher rates and potential unavailability. Be sure to mention Livestock Marketing Association when making your reservations. The hotel does have shuttle service to and from the airport.

Omaha, Nebraska, is approximately 180 miles south (a little less than 3 hours driving time) of Sioux Falls on I-29. You can go to www.eppleyairfield.com to find airlines who offer service to Omaha’s Eppley Airfield.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul is approximately 270 miles northeast of Sioux Falls (approximately 4 hours driving time). You can go to www.mspairport.com to find airlines who offer service to Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.

Best Western Ramkota and the Ramada Inn and Suites offer a complimentary hotel shuttle for their guests from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. At baggage claim, please use the courtesy phone for your hotel to call for the shuttle.

All meetings and social functions, except the host barbecue, will be held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Transportation will be provided to all off-site activities, including the World Livestock Auctioneer Championship at Sioux Falls Regional Livestock in Worthing, South Dakota.
